BUNGY guarantees that this drying rack will remain free from manufacturing defects for two years, effective from the date of proven original purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material and manufacturing, in accordance with European standards and regulations, and is valid for all BUNGY products.

This warranty does not cover:

• Travel and maintenance interventions
• Transport or travel for home repairs
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the product
• Damage resulting from:
• Incorrect installation
• Inappropriate use
• Equipment changes
• Other causes beyond BUNGY's control

We will only accept returns from Customers with our prior written consent. If a product does not function properly during the warranty period, BUNGY ​shall, free of charge, replace or repair, at its sole discretion, the defective product. All repairs or replacements covered by this warranty will be performed only by BUNGY and, if applicable, at our facilities. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights, enshrined in current national laws, arising from the respective sales/purchase contract.
