Shipping policy

Delivery

Delivery is free in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal. For any other location, the delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

Our aim is to deliver your orders to you in the shortest possible time.

We endeavour to get your item to you within 5 working days, the normal estimated time being 3 working days.

In any case, we undertake to deliver your order to you within a maximum of 30 days from the dispatch of your order.

If for reasons beyond our control it is impossible to deliver your order, we or the carrier will inform you of all the details so that you can collect it.

As soon as the customer or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods, the risk of loss or damage to those goods passes to you.

If you want the goods to be delivered by a carrier other than our partners, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as soon as the parcel is delivered to the carrier you have chosen.
